Premier shop. Been doing constant business with them for almost 2 years now - no issues. Always fast turnaround and the folks who own/operate the place are wonderful. Always greeted with a smile, and leave with a fixed Truck!

We had immediate need of repair to a leak in the hydraulic hose on our RGN trailer. From the moment we called, we were met with a warm, friendly voice who assured us that they could take care of us. And take care of us they did! Upon arrival, the technician greeted us and pointed us to the fun and inviting waiting room where we enjoyed a hot cup of Joe and Netflix! The technician got us in and out so fast, I almost didn’t finish my coffee! We met the owner, Crystal who informed us that the technician who completed our repair was her husband and co-owner! As we settled up our bill, we spent a few moments having great conversation with amazing people, who truly made us feel like they appreciated our business. Thank you for your commitment to excellence.

I purchased a truck and dropped off for a oil change and they recommended going through the truck and I must say they did just that and went over and beyond by staying late and staying true to what was told to me and I’ve never received service like this before and I absolve and recommend this place to everyone and this place is the only place that will work on my truck…guaranteed…20 stars!! Thank you so much

I took my 2016 Kenworth T660 to Anderson Truck & Trailer Repair in Augusta, GA for preventative maintenance after purchasing the truck. Robbie and the team were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was done right. They took the time to communicate every detail of the job, even showing me exactly what was wrong with the truck. When they discovered the brakes were badly worn, they not only suggested what was needed to fix them but also gave me an exceptional price to get it all done. Despite their regular closing time of 4:00 PM, Robbie and his team stayed late on a Friday—well past 6:00 PM—to finish the job, ensuring the truck was ready for a critical pickup in Florida. Their commitment to their customers and attention to detail was truly impressive, and they made me feel confident the truck was in good hands. The whole experience was both hospitable and professional, and I couldn't recommend them more for any truck maintenance needs—especially at such an affordable price!
